You will have 14-days to try your shoes for proper fit and contact us if you would like to request a refund and RMA to return your shoes. You must contact us within 14-days of us shipping your order otherwise we will be unable to refund or exchange your purchase.
We are unable to accept returns of shoes that have been worn outside or that show any signs of wear on the top or bottom of soles.We want to ensure that you like your shoes and that they fit properly, but of course with any shoes, if they aren't in NEW condition, we won't be able to refund your purchase or exchange for a different pair or size because we can't sell them to someone else.

How do I return my Shoes?
To return your shoes in NEW condition without any signs of being worn on top or bottom of soles or any other marks on or stains on the material, please email us at
support@mysanmiguelshoes.com, and we'll provide you with shipping instructions and an RMA number.
If upon receiving your shoes and doing a complete inspection of them, we find that they are in NEW condition, we will refund your purchase price + sales tax (if applicable) minus and Shipping and Handling charges or we'll exchange for a new pair. If we do exchange your shoes for a new pair, you will incur the Shipping and Handling costs of sending you a new pair of course.
If upon receiving your shoes we find that they are NOT in NEW condition, we will not be able to provide any refund or exchange since we will be unable to sell the shoes as such. Therefore we would have to send them back to you and you would incur additional Shipping & Handling fees. So PLEASE make sure to try your shoes on inside, use thin socks or panty hose when trying your shoes on so that we'll be able to accept your return.

San Miguel Shoes are handmade by Santiago Gallardo Muniz in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Each pair is handcrafted with a PVC Outersole, a flexible elastic upper, a soft, textile upper lining, reinforcement goring at top of forefoot strap, a soft, suede leather footbed, and a polyurethane foam padded insole.
Because each pair of San Miguel Shoes is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. This is no reflection on the quality of our product but rather is inherent in handcrafted products.
2. How do I choose the correct size?
San Miguel Shoes are currently made in whole sizes only. When ordering San Miguel Shoes, you should order the American size you most commonly wear.
If you consistently wear a 1/2 size, we have the following recommendations. You should order the1/2 size down in all OPEN-TOED styles of the San Miguel Shoe EXCEPT for the "San Miguel" and the "Sydney". In these two styles, we recommend that you order 1/2 size up.
We cannot guarantee that our sizing recommendations will work for every foot, however, our recommendations have proven to be accurate and helpful in most cases.
